Heritage Theatre Works Live was founded to produce theatre that takes those stories seriously — researched with care, written with craft, and performed with the kind of energy that makes an audience lean in rather than settle back.
We're a young organization with one production currently in development and a clear mandate: tell history's stories live, for audiences who want more than a summary.
Our first production marks the company's World Premiere, staged in partnership with Winnipeg Jewish Theatre this December.
Thanks to the extraordinary support of The Gail Asper Family Foundation, The History of the Jewish People…In 54 Minutes! will receive its World Premiere production at Winnipeg Jewish Theatre (WJT), December 7–13, 2026.
